1.2 License Grant

Upon purchase of a WimTools product license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software on your personal devices, subject to these terms. WimDev is provided free of charge and does not require a license.

1.3 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or transfer your license key to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

1.4 Machine Activations

Licensed products may be activated on up to 3 personal devices simultaneously. If you exceed this limit, the oldest activation will be automatically deactivated. You may transfer activations between devices at any time.

1.5 Updates and Support

Your license includes free minor version updates (e.g., 1.0 to 1.9). Major version upgrades (e.g., 2.0) are available at a discounted rate for existing license holders. We provide support via email and our contact form, but do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.

1.6 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession.

2.3 WimFlow Privacy

WimFlow processes all voice data entirely on your device. Your voice recordings and transcriptions are never sent to our servers or any third-party services. The speech recognition runs locally using Apple's on-device models. We have no access to your dictated content.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• LemonSqueezy (payment processor): To process purchases and handle refunds
• SendGrid (email provider): To send transactional emails
• Cloudflare: For website security and bot protection

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

3.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via our contact form or email with your order email address. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3.4 Free Products

WimDev is provided free of charge. As no payment is made, no refund is applicable.
